Connect with Other Sewing Enthusiasts: The Jewish Craft and Quilting Swap Is On for Passover

quilted pot holderPeta over at The Not Sew Guilty Quilter just launched her first ever (maybe THE first ever?) Jewish craft and quilting swap. She’s matching up folks to sew Jewish holiday themed table or food prep items for each other. Do you have a Jewish-themed table runner or pot holder in you? One of the guidelines is that the project should cost less than $20, which is a great guideline. And a swap is a fun way to connect with other Jewish sewing enthusiasts. The deadline to get your creative item to your swap buddy will be April 12, just in time for Passover, but the deadline to register your interest is March 9, so today’s a good day to check out the details.

    • It’s a great idea, and I appreciate you opening it up to all kinds of sewing projects in addition to quilting. Count me in! I’m leaning toward wine coasters.
